El artículo presenta la necesaria incorporación del enfoque de género y de derechos humanos en el proceso de reforma judicial, destacando los compromisos y mecanismos de monitoreo internacional existentes. Advierte respecto a la obligación del Poder Judicial de producir información transparente, periódica y sin estereotipos de género, todos elementos centrales a considerar para su reforma.The article presents the necessary incorporation of the gender and human rights approach in the judicial reform process, highlighting the existing international monitoring commitments and mechanisms. It warns against the obligation of the Judicial System to produce transparent, periodic information without gender stereotypes. These are all central elements to consider in the reform.
