Resumen

This work presents a detailed analysis of the coherent interaction between quantumemitters (QEs) mediated by multiple scattering of surface plasmons (SPs) excited on a graphenesubstrate. Under specific conditions, this scattering leads to stationary states characterizedby coherent population oscillations, in which energy is periodically and reversibly exchangedbetween the QEs. Depending on the initial conditions, the number of QEs, and their geometricarrangement, multiple configurations of population trapping can occur. By using an analyticalapproach, we calculate asymptotic dynamical quantities —such as exchange frequencies andamplitudes— directly from the initial conditions. This method predicts the final stationary state, thereby explaining the key results obtained from our full numerical formalism.
