Bullying in adolescents is an important risk factor for mental health. In the scientific literature, it is discussed whether cyberbullying is an extension of bullying or a different phenomenon (Kowalski & Limber, 2013; Resett & Gámez-Guadix, 2017). The present study evaluated victimization and perpetration of bullying and cyberbullying with the BCS-A by Thomas et al. (2018) for the first time in Argentina. The BCS-A has the advantage of evaluating bullying and cyberbullying together -allowing the results of both problems to be compared. A sample of 450 adolescents from secondary schools in Paraná, Entre Ríos (45% boys), answered the BCS-A and Goodman Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire. A 70% were victims and 55% were cybervictimized at least once, the values ??were 51% and 40% for perpetration, respectively. Both victimization and cybervictimization were associated with emotional, behavioral, attentional, and interpersonal problems (rs = 0.14-0.23). The perpetration of bullying and cyberbullying were associated with behavioral and attentional problems (rs = 0.13-0.26), although the associations were higher for the former. These results would indicate that both victimization and cybervictimization are equally associated with poorer mental health.
