Entre a violencia e a festa popular no futebol da Argentina: as "barras bravas" ,as politicas publicas e uma ONG

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo comentar o problema histórico de violência no futebol argentino. A partir dos aspectos culturais identificados pelos estudos antropológicos já realizados, analisaremos os elementos do entorno que agravam o problema. A este respeito, vamos discutir os dispositivos de políticas públicas de segurança, os quais longe de conter, têm contribuido na criação de outros fatores de violência. Finalmente, tentaremos relacionar o papel de uma ONG, Salvemos al Fútbol, desde suas origens até as recentes ações na luta contra a violência no futebol. Assim, da lógica da denúncia como principal razão de existir, os esforços graduais começaram a ser pensados para dispositivos de prevenção. Tudo isto num contexto, no qual os meios de comunicação e os governos são regidos pelo discuso da tolêrancia zero.This paper aims to discuss the historical problem of violence in the Argentinian football. Based on the cultural aspects identified by the already existing anthropological studies, we will analyze the elements of the environment that aggravate the problem. In this regard, we will stress the conception of public security policies, which far from containing, have contributed to the creation of other factors of violence. Finally, we will relate the role of an NGO, Salvemos al Fútbol, from its origins to the recent actions in the fight against violence. From the logic of denunciation as the main reason of existence, gradual efforts have been directed towards the prevention devices. All this, in a context which mass media and governments are oriented by the discourse of zero tolerance.
