Lengua creciente: La escritura en la reflexión estética del grupo teatral “Manojo de Calles”

Abstract

El presente trabajo constituye una aproximación al período de renovación estética, acaecido en el campo teatral de Tucumán (Argentina), a partir de la reactivación democrática. Realizamos, en esta oportunidad, una exploración de la primera etapa poética del grupo “Manojo de Calles”, que ingresa al medio a principios de los años ‘90 y protagoniza este movimiento de cambio. El colectivo define la singularidad de su propuesta –entre otros criterios– desplegando un trabajo de reflexión, a través de la escritura de un amplio repertorio textual (biografías, informes, manifiestos, ponencias, etc.) que acompaña la praxis escénica. Nos interesa comprender el papel de esta “literatura”, situada en los márgenes del acontecimiento, y, para ello, consideramos un conjunto de escritos que organiza los alrededores del espectáculo Mirando la luna (1994-1995).The present work constitutes an initial approach to the period of aesthetic renovation, which occurred in the theater of Tucumán (Argentina), from the democratic reactivation. We made, on this occasion, an exploration of the first poetic stage of the group "Manojo de Calles", which entered the medium at the beginning of the 90s and was the protagonist of this movement of change. The group defines the singularity of its proposal –among other criteria– by displaying a work of reflection, through the writing of a wide textual repertoire (biographies, reports, manifestos, lectures, etc.) that accompanies the stage practice. We want to understand the role of this "literature", located on the margins of the event, and we consider a set of writings that organizes the surroundings of the play Mirando la luna (1994-1995).
