In traditional approaches to teaching, certain incidents that were considered impertinent or insignificant have remained in the order of the ‘hidden curriculum’ or were referred to the disciplinary and sanctions regime. CSE has set out to make it one of its most powerful ‘gateways’ (PNE, 2009). In this sense, we propose to work with narratives of emergent events in the institutional context of higher teacher training in philosophy in which corporeality plays a central role. We hope to contest the operations of disembodiment and neutralisation of the perceptual and affective dimensions of educational action in the context of a discipline such as philosophy, which in its canonical configuration is constituted as legitimate knowledge based on the assumption of the erasure of the body (Cantarelli and Mamilovich, 2022; Tolentino, 2019; Tourn Travers, 2016). The work with bodily i(nte)rruptions will allow us to problematise the meanings denied and given to corporealities in Philosophical Teacher Training. Based on the affirmation of the need to build a teaching body for philosophy, we hope to contribute to the transversalisation of CSE in this training and to the epistemological revision of the discipline based on its dialogue with CSE (Cantarelli and Galazzi, 2024).
