The purpose is to investigate the process in which certain cinematographic imagery operates in Ocampo’s written work as a figure, a lens, or a coordinate to narrate everyday details, but also great historical events; while cinema simultaneously powers her inexhaustible ability to launch new projects that expand her cultural, affective and intellectual networks.
