Catalog of the Thaumastocoridae (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Cimicomorpha: Miroidea) of the World

Abstract

In this catalog, we provide a brief historical overview of the family and recognize two subfamilies, 13 genera, including three fossil genera, and 42 species, including three fossil species. We attempt to cover all the major taxonomic works treating the family through 2025, along with a substantial amount of biological, ecological, distributional, and economic literature. For each family, subfamily, genus, and species entry, we provide the author(s), date of publication, and page number, and key words about the contents of the paper in parentheses.
