La autonomía en las relaciones internacionales: las contribuciones desde el estudio de la política exterior argentina

Abstract

En Latinoamérica, y en especial en Sudamérica el estudio de la autonomía adquirió un significado especial originado en la valoración del desfavorable posicionamiento que los países de la región ostentaban dentro del esquema de poder mundial. La dependencia y los condicionamientos a los cuales se hallaban sometidos los países latinoamericanos estimularon la necesidad por elucubrar alternativas eficientes que pudieran revertir tal estado de cosas. En este tema, los estudiosos argentinos efectuaron relevantes aportes. Por lo tanto en este aporte se procura describir la evolución y el estado actual de los estudios que enfocan la problemática autonómica a través del análisis de episodios concretos de la política exterior argentina.In Latin especially in South America, the study of the autonomy took on special meaning, that originated in the interpretation of the unfavorable position of the countries of the region into the scheme of world power. The dependence and constraints of the Latin American countries, stimulated the thinking about some effective alternatives that could reverse this situation. In this point, the academics of Argentine made significant contributions. Therefore, this paper attempts to describe the evolution and current state of the affairs in the area of the studies that approach the issue of the autonomy through the analysis of specific episodes of the foreign policy of Argentina.
