The new ministerial proposals to high school in Argentina propose a co-disciplinary study, as a means to overcome the fragmentation of teaching and learning, proposing dialogue, articulation and the link between knowledge. Based on the Anthropological Theory of Didactics, we analyze the management of mathematical knowledge in the development of a co-disciplinary project linked to the study of plant growth. The main results indicate that project work enabled the protagonists to be the students: they asked and answered questions, achieving autonomy and responsibility for the search for information from various sources.
