The exceptional health situation of the COVID pandemic confronted young people, who until then did not feel challenged by health problems, with their own practices, beliefs, and emotions. It thus appears as a catalyst that brings to the fore an issue that is generally not very relevant in the daily experience of youth, which converges with gradual generalization of new patterns regarding well-being. In this article we show and interpret many interviews held with young people of different religious affiliations and socioeducational levels from the city of Cordoba, Argentina, where they express their beliefs and practices around “being well.” The responses reveal a conditioned trust in relation to health professionals and the importance of other figures in whom they trust, such as God and their own mothers. The conversations also give clues of a holistic understanding of well-being. The methodology to carry out this research consists of conducting collective interviews with mixed groups of 18 to 29 years old of different religions, brought together according to the socioeconomic sectors they belonged to.
