Un relato del integrativismo y la interdisciplina en la investigación jurídica: su declinación en el derecho de las familias, infancia y adolescencia

Abstract

Este artículo describe la investigación jurídica en el marco del integrativismo y la interdisciplina, desde un abordaje que partiendo de un encuadre general comprensivo de aquellas categorías conceptuales que permitan apreciar en qué consiste el investigar, se pueda avanzar en el estudio interrelacionado de las tres dimensiones del mundo jurídico, incluyendo durante el desarrollo nexos de vinculación con el Derecho de las familias, infancia y adolescencia. Con esta impronta, se avanza con una breve descripción de la metodología jurídica trialista, para después declinar la atención en el estudio de la metodología jurídica trialista en clave integrativista e interdisciplinar. En este marco, se parte de aproximaciones que permiten llegar al análisis de cada dimensión, como antesala del desarrollo de la investigación jurídica en perspectiva dinámica.This article describes the legal investigation in the framework of the integrativism and the inter-discipline from a perspective that going from a comprehensive framework of those conceptual categories that allow appreciating what implies to investigate, we can go further on the interrelated study of the three dimensions in the legal world, including during the development of the linkages with family law, childhood, and adolescence. With this imprint, it advances with a brief description of the trialist legal methodology as an integrativism and interdisciplinary key. On this framework, we see approximations that allow achieving an analysis of each dimension as an anteroom of the development of the legal investigation on a dynamic perspective.
