Throughout history, the subject of ethics and policy has long been debated in social and humanistic sciences. This work investigates this relationship using a descriptive/comprehensive and normative/prescriptive analysis. It begins from the basis that there is no strict separation between factual judgments and value judgments or between theory and practice, just as it is likewise impossible to realize a subject/object dualism, as understood in rationalist thought. Starting with a poststructuralism, multidisciplinary approach, the study points out arguments that prevent making this division and force the development of a normative frame that recovers the question of subject and ethics, in particular political ethics committed to public affairs, in the vast field of sciences that explore man and society.
