La crítica a la modernidad: Theodor Adorno y la dialéctica negativa

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se intentará abordar el estatuto que le otorga Theodor Adorno a la filosofía y sus implicancias estético-políticas. El objetivo del trabajo será mostrar la concepción que tiene Adorno de la filosofía y las relaciones que establece con el arte, en un contexto crítico: la moderna sociedad de masas, de la posguerra, diseñada sobre la base del hombre contemporáneo, corrompido por la industria cultural y por una atmosférica instrumentalización y cientificidad de la realidad, a fin de vislumbrar en qué medida su postura filosófica es critica y superadora de aquellos a quienes desdeña.In this paper we attempt to address the statute gives Theodor Adorno's philosophy and a esthetic-political implications. The aim of this work is to show Adorno's conception of philosophy and the relationships it establishes with the art, in a context of modern critical-mass society of postwar designed on the basis of contemporary man corrupted by the culture industry and an atmospheric instrumentation and scientific under standing of reality, to discern how much his philosophical position is critical, over coming of those who despises.
