Dinámicas y sentidos territoriales en instituciones educativas del AMBA

Abstract

El artículo tiene como finalidad responder la pregunta acerca de cuáles son las dinámicas y los sentidos que los sujetos imprimen en las instituciones educativas a través del territorio. A partir deuna estrategia cualitativa de investigación, se recuperan los testimonios de docentes, equipo de conducción y otros referentes de cuatro instituciones de nivel medio y superior localizadas enel Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires (AMBA): un instituto de formación docente en Arte, un instituto de estudios terciarios en Recreación y Tiempo Libre y dos bachilleratos populares. Comoresultado del análisis, se identificaron tres dimensiones asociadas al territorio: contextual, institucional y subjetiva. En el desarrollo de cada una de ellas se advierte que los agentes institucionales, a lo largo del territorio, construyen lógicas y disposiciones que configuran (y prefiguran) sentidos, que se retroalimentan dialécticamente. Se advierte que el territorio representa un espacio habilitante en el que se expresan prácticas, motivaciones, desafíos y horizontes institucionales de sus integrantes. Se retoma la noción de reflexividad territorial para visibilizar las dinámicas diarias, el modo de posicionarse y percibirse tanto a nivel institucional como subjetivo.The aim of this article is to answer the question about which dynamics and senses people imprint in educational institutions, throughout a territory. Based on a qualitative research strategy, we analyse testimonies of teachers, management teams and other leaders of four secondary and higher education institutions located in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (or AMBA after its Spanish acronym): an institute of teacher training in Art, an institute of studies in Recreation and Free Time and two popular secondary schools. As a result of the analysis, we identified three dimensions associated with territory: contextual, institutional and subjective. In the development of each dimension, it is noted that institutional agents, through the territory, build logics and dispositions that shape (and prefigure) senses, which reinforce each other dialectically. The territory represents an enabling space where practices, motivations, challenges and institutional horizons of its members are expressed. The notion of territorial reflexivity is discussed to raise awareness the daily dynamics, the way of positioning and perceiving oneself both at an institutional and subjective level.
