The objective of this study is, focusing on Argentina in the COVID 19 period, to characterize the main state monetary benefits and analyze the perceptions and appreciations of households regarding state money. The results highlight that the three most requested types of aid were the Emergency Family Income (IFE) for families, the Emergency Assistance Program for Work and Production (ATP) to subsidize salaries of companies in sensitive sectors and zero-rate credits for self-employed workers. Regarding the valuation of IFE aid, it turned out to be more positive in cases of greater scarcity and need of the recipient subject.
