The present paper aims to expose the university model initiated by the 1918 Reform in contrast to the university model presented by Peronism, seeking to establish points of continuity and rupture. For this, the antecedents of the university reform, the political and institutional crisis that underwent the reformism from the Revolution of June of 1943 and the conformation of a new university during the first and second government of Perón (National Workers University) will be presented, seeking to establish points of comparison between this house of high studies and the institutional model configured at the beginning of the century. Likewise, this task will be carried out through a bibliographic exhibition on the aforementioned models. In this sense, we will seek to make a comparative analysis about how the UON proposal resembles or differs from the university model constituted by the 1918 Reform and in this way try to establish if Peronism sought to build its own university model and what would it have been the same.
