El organizar espontáneo: narrativas de los vecinos de Nueva Córdoba ante situaciones amenazantes

Abstract

Situaciones de tensión y caos social son sumamente lamentables, sin embargo, ofrecen oportunidades únicas para aportar a los Estudios Organizacionales. En este trabajo, a través del estudio de un caso en particular, se persigue conocer cómo surge el organizar entre vecinos en uno de los barrios de mayor importancia en la ciudad de Córdoba-Argentina; quienes a través de las narrativas espontáneas promulgaron una acción colectiva en respuesta a los eventos amenazantes que estaban viviendo.The spontaneous organization: Narratives of Nueva Córdoba ́s neighbours against threatening situations. Situations of tension and social chaos are extremely unfortunate; however, they offer opportunities to contribute to organizational studies. In this paper, through the analysis of a particular case, we study how the process of organizing between neighbors is originated in one of the most significant neighborhood in Cordoba- Argentina. Through narratives in their spontaneous interaction, neighbors enacted a collective action in response to threatening events they faced.
