Corporaciones rurales en la provincia de Salta y la integración de la elite provincial en la “Revolución Argentina”

Abstract

El artículo trata sobre la reorganización de las corporaciones rurales de la provincia de Salta en el marco de las nuevas alianzasestablecidas entre las elites argentinas luego del Golpe de Estado de 1955. Dentro de este realineamiento de fuerzas políticas yeconómicas, la fracción de los sectores dominantes provinciales que mejor logró su integración en el nuevo esquema de poder fuela de los productores de tabaco. Para ello estos crearon sus propias entidades corporativas representantes de sus intereses, lo cualquebró la hegemonía que hasta la década de 1950 tuvo la Sociedad Rural Salteña en el conjunto del sector rural de la provincia.The article deals with the reorganization of the rural corporations of the province of Salta within the framework of the new alliances established among the Argentine elites after the 1955 coup d'état. Within this realignment of political and economic forces, the fraction of the dominant provincial sectors that best achieved their integration in the new power structure was that of the tobacco producers. For this they created their own corporate entities representing their interests, which broke the hegemony that until the 1950s had the Sociedad Rural Salteña on the whole of the rural sector of the province.
