Previous to the desire for protection in the future, the re-utilization of all those recoverable and recyclable wastes is originated. Consequently different wastes from various uses were wanted to carry out mixed-compounds that serve as catalytic supports. The wastes were: sand and cement from building industry, glass bottles and, disused tyres. The synthesized supports were impregnated with the phosphomolybdic acid, with Keggin structure and, characterized by specific area, potentiometric titration, optical and SEM-EDAX microscopes. Regarding the obtained materials can be seen that Mo is greater proportion in sand; the distribution is very homogeneous in cement, and glass bottles decreases. On cement could be an interaction of the anion [PMo12O40]- 3 with different cations. In mixed-samples is preserved the heteropolyacid red-ox properties. The catalyst synthesizes were testedin the selective oxidation of methyl p-tolil sulphide to the corresponding sulfoxide, using an greenoxidant such as tert-butylhydroperoxide, to obtain as only by-product, terbutanol. So as its re-properties were also tested their acidic properties, so was held dihidropyrimidinone by reaction of Biginelli in the absence of solvent extraction. This last synthesis was chosen due to the wide range of biological properties featuring this family of compounds, which include its application as modulators of calcium channel, inhibitor of the mitotic division, inhibitor of transporters of fatty acids (FATP4) and others biological functions include blood platelet aggregation
