!e objective of this work is to analyze the labor practices carried out by migrant households (from Bolivia) in Villa 20 (CABA, Argentina) and their relationship with the segregated and fragmented territorial con"guration (habitat) at present. In particular, the theme of productive housing will be emphasized. In general, vast studies were found on the problem of housing and the labor market of the migrant population, but those that focus on the proposed are scarce. For this reason, we believe that this work can contribute incipiently to a problem under construction. In summary, it is concluded that productive housing expresses a speci"c type of access to the city and a insertion of migrant households in the labor market, ethnically and gender-segmented, which recruits Quechua migrant women in the neighborhood. Furthermore, this situation problematizes the dichotomy of public-private modernity. To carry out this proposal, a multi-method methodological strategy was adopted, which combines qualitative and quantitative procedures.
