La implementación de la protección legal de los bosques nativos en la Argentina

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se analizará profundamente el marco legal existente respecto de la protección de los bosques en Argentina, en especial de los nativos (dictada en 2007). A su vez se analizarán las herramientas brindadas por la normativa voluntaria que podrían aplicarse a este caso.At the present study we will analyze the actual legal frame for the protection of forests in Argentina, especially natives (which was enacted in 2007). Also, we will analyze the tools given by the voluntary regulations which could be applied to this case.
