The work proposes to review the original poetic work of the poet Gloria Fuertes (Madrid, 1917-1998). In this author, avoiding the mandates foreseen for the female gender - encoded in the image of the "angel of the home" (Pilar Sinués)- the outside, sociability, the city and its characters and circuits are chosen to vindicate a woman's voice. Between the past and the present, and through eloquent place names, the streets, the fairs, the squares, the market, together with beggars, street vendors, prostitutes and other popular and suburban presences, are the spaces and actors that run through her extensive work, weaving her poetic and urban network.
