Las libertades republicanas en los discursos de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner

Abstract

En el presente trabajo nos proponemos polemizar con aquella bibliografía que asocia la gestión de Cristina Fernández a la tradición populista, distanciándola del republicanismo. En efecto, creemos que en los discursos de Fernández es posible encontrar distintas interpretaciones sobre el concepto de libertad y, por tanto, a conceptos republicanos. De este modo, y a la luz de la historia conceptual propuesta por Reinhart Koselleck, analizaremos las alocuciones de Cristina Fernández con el objetivo de indagar sobre la interpretación y las significaciones que se le otorgaron al concepto de libertad durante ambos periodos de gobierno.In this paper we intend to discuss with bibliography that associates the Cristina Fernandez’s government with the populist tradition, distancing it from republicanism. Indeed, we believe that is possible discover different interpretations about freedom and other republican concepts in Fernandez’s speeches. Consequently, and in light of the conceptual history theory develop by Reinhart Koselleck, we will analyze Cristina Fernandez’s speeches, with the aim of investigate the interpretation and meanings of the freedom concept during both governments’ periods.
