The results of the design and construction of urban housing´s enlarge it is presented. Its characteristics are not conventional energy efficient technology and it is adapted to the built environment. It is located in the city of Mendoza, in the Center-West of Argentina. It has strategies for the energy conservation, solar energy use to heat ing and lighting spaces and also provides passive cooling system. It has been designed following eco-environmental parameters such as architectural purposes. Emphasis is placed on the ability to express its constructive meaning and material, adapting technologies of low-cost, lightweight, easy assembly, modulation and rational in function to see the problem of the structural and sustainable building. The energy balance and thermal simulation it is presented. The values show that the used techniques, bioclimatic strategies adopted indicates the incorporation of more thermal mass to balance the extent in which range the indoor temperatures.
