As part of the line of research that explore the location of community services in urban contexts, this article analyzes the spatial distribution of students from different careers of the National University of Tres de Febrero, studying their areas of residence and the differences between careers and cohorts. The methodological proposal is a quantitative approach, comparative between two unique careers in the metropolitan context (Statistics and Geographic Information Systems) and two more 'traditional' ones (Geography and Business Administration), and between cohorts of students, taking up the developments of quantitative geography and the analytical potential offered by Geographic Information Systems for socio-spatial analysis.
