In the second part analyses the regularities and linguistic confluences of the discourses and the positions of key actors at the institutional level, through the prism of their historical-political contextualization. In the last part it examines the dimension of hegemonic impact. From the analysis of the structuring mode of critical discourses against the dominant order, the article identifies four levels of refraction to hegemonic operations of the government of Alfonsín. Thus, it provides recourses to understand and explain the hegemonic impossibility of alfonsinism.
