This article means a characterization of the Chaco Cooperative Agricultural Movement, during the first phase of the Industrial Importation Substitution development cycle. (IIS). Our effort means to show the link between the producer industries of salary goods consolidation at a national level, and the development of the agricultural cooperatives, whose production was destined to the internal expansive market. Our thesis points out the state mediation in the agricultural producers market and the intervention of the cooperative in the commercialization phase as the two explaining most significant factors when wanting to explain the accumulative process of the small yeomanry production capitalized in the Chaco Province (Argentina) during the cotton production golden period (1935 - 1955). Throughout the present article we point out the concrete determinations influencing the accumulative process of the agricultural small yeomanry in the Chaco.
