Within the framework of different research projects developed in an Argentine public university, we propose to study pedagogical experiences in university contexts related to disability, considering the public policies implemented in the last decade in Argentina. Based on the empirical investigation carried out so far, the article addresses an analysis that privileges institutional practices that, in a singular way, are being developed in universities located in the Buenos Aires suburbs, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires and La Plata. Along with the analysis, this work presents fragments of interviews carried out with institutional referents, teachers and students, considering normative aspects and theoretical contributions from the fields of philosophy, pedagogy, anthropology and sociology. In methodological terms, it is a qualitative work, with in-depth and semistructured interviews with different actors who currently participate in the university system. In theoretical terms, we are conducting conceptual discussions linked to the category 'disability', problematizing the policies, institutions and historical barriers that we find in them, and that prevent higher education as an effective right for all citizens, guaranteed through the creation of accessibility mechanisms and cultural transformations that supposes the interpellation of the institutions and their participants.
