The injection of funds, that is, the financing of programs and projects by international organizations in the field of local governments, has been recurring in recent decades, setting epistemological guidelines in discourses and housing policies. These practices can be included in what Delgadillo (2014) defines as a la carte urban policies, promoted in urban projects and megaprojects, and urban marketing strategies, among others. Based on these conceptualizations, this exploratory research seeks to investigate the policies issued by the Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat of Argentina regarding housing policy from its formation until 2023, establishing a link with the guidelines issued by the Organization of the United Nations within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda. The investigation is carried out using qualitativequantitative techniques and distinguishes between programs, plans and projects with or without international financing. In this framework, cross-references are established between both organizations to then carry out some reflections where the adherence to the SDGs in Argentine housing policies is appreciated, whether in practices financed internationally or in those ideas in the context itself.
