Activismo humanitario y representaciones del pasado reciente entre hijos de perpetradores en Argentina

Abstract

La agrupación Hijos y Nietos de Presos Políticos (HNPP) surgió en 2008, en Argentina, por iniciativa de descendientes de personas condenadas por su actuación en la última dictadura. Conformada en su mayoría por jóvenes de entre 18 y 35 años, sus integrantes desarrollaron un activismo público orientado a denunciar presuntas irregularidades en los juicios por delitos de lesa humanidad reabiertos en 2006. Desde entonces, iniciaron un proceso de aprendizaje y construcción de sus demandas desde un registro humanitario que obligó, entre otros aspectos, a discutir los modos de nominalizar el pasado reciente. Desde la sociología de la acción colectiva y los estudios de memoria, se busca reponer un conjunto de discusiones y representaciones sobre el pasado reciente, cristalizadas en documentos y reglamentos internos, y en una serie de entrevistas realizadas a diversos integrantes de HNPP entre 2015 y 2019.

The group Hijos y Nietos de Presos Políticos (HNPP) emerged in 2008, in Argentina, on the initiative of descendants of people convicted for their actions during the last dictatorship. Made up mostly of young people between 18 and 35 years of age, its members developed a public activism aimed at denouncing alleged irregularities in the trials for crimes against humanity reopened in 2006. Since then, they began a process of learning and construction of their demands from a humanitarian register that forced, among other aspects, to discuss the ways of nominalizing the recent past. From the sociology of collective action and memory studies, we seek to reconstruct a set of discussions and representations about the recent past, crystallized in documents and internal regulations, and in a series of interviews conducted with various members of HNPP between 2015 and 2019.
