Argentina y el Sudeste de Asia: Vinculaciones comerciales y política exterior en los casos de Indonesia y Vietnam (2003-2011)

Abstract

El interés en este trabajo es analizar las relaciones comerciales y políticas entre Argentina e Indonesia y Vietnam entre 2003 y 2011. Para explicar este fenómeno se concentrará el análisis en la política exterior argentina en sus dimensiones económico-comercial y político-diplomática desde 2003 a la actualidad distinguiendo entre los factores internos y externos que enmarcaron e influyeron en las vinculaciones. Como supuesto central consideramos que el eje que ha guiado las relaciones con esta región ha sido el económico comercial y que las acciones de política exterior han seguido este impulso económico.Our aim in this paper is to analyze the commercial and political relations between Argentina and Indonesia and Vietnam during the period 2003-2011. We focus our analysis on Argentina’s foreign policy in its commercial-economic and diplomatic-political dimensions since 2003 distinguishing between domestic and external factors that framed and influenced the relations. As a central premise we assume that the axis that has oriented the bilateral relations has been the commercial one and that foreign policy initiatives have followed this economic impulse.
