This article approaches the peasant and indigenous issues in Argentina, starting with the assumption that both of them have been constructed by the thought and dominant power as "absences". To refer to this absent presence, within the framework of indigenous and peasant (re) emergencies at the Latin American level, as well as the importance of the territorial struggle in the scenario of neo-extractive advance, is part of the objectives of it. This paper also seeks to identify analytically different moments of the struggles and resistance of peasant and indigenous organizations and communities from 1983 to the present, focusing on the organizational processes and the construction of political and economic alternatives of the communities.
