Statistical tools were also used to compare the similarity degree between both sales groups and to identify the most meaningful questions. In the sale of medicinal plants, external factors as the stockist of plants, sales scenarios, and the amounts of information generated by the media were highlighted, concluding that these ones homogenize the knowledge and interfere with the exposure of the habitual practice of the folk medicine.
