Abstract

El trabajo presenta las características del denominado litigio de reforma estructural, como innovación jurídica que emerge a partir de la reconfiguración institucional dada por el Estado Constitucional de Derecho que postula a la Constitución como eje central tanto del sistema jurídico como político.This paper presents the characteristics of what is known as structural reform litigation, a legal innovation that emerges from the institutional reconfiguration brought about by the Constitutional State of Law, which posits the Constitution as the central axis of both the legal and political systems.
