Seed storage is one of the most important decision that farmer takes in the year, which will be reflected in the variety and the quality of the seed that will employ. Then, the knowledge of storage conditions is vital. In the present work tomato seeds were dehydrated by drying with convection oven and by storage under different relative humidity conditions. The experimental data obtained was adjusted to an empirical equation obtaining the drying times. Seed viability was not decreased after the different drying conditions. Results allowed establishing a relationship between humidity content and drying time.
