In this paper I propose to analyze the concepts of political culture and identity to think about the creation of a right-wing current in Peronism. Therefore, first of all, I discuss some of the theoretical and conceptual contributions of Anthropology and Cultural Studies in relation to History, Political Science and Sociology. Returning to the multiple and procedural nature of identities postulated by Stuart Hall, the definition of political culture of Serge Berstein and the complex relationship between both concepts held by Alejandro Grimson, I think of Peronism as an identity crossed by different political cultures. One of those cultures, coming from right-wing nationalism, is what gave rise to the Peronist right. In the second part of the paper, I point out the political practices and social representations that formed part of those groups and individuals who, identifying themselves as Peronists, used the political culture of right-wing nationalism.
