¿Solo “corte de ruta y asamblea”?: Una aproximación a la acción de los trabajadores desocupados en Entre Ríos durante la crisis de 2001

Abstract

El articulo propone una aproximación a la acción de los trabajadores desocupados en Entre Ríos durante la crisis de 2001. Se busca describir su dinámica, el análisis de sus principales formas de acción y organización y observar el modo en el que establecieron alianzas y coordinaron acciones junto a otros sectores. Para ello, se utilizan dos fuentes hemerográficas (El Diario de Paraná y La Calle de Concepción del Uruguay) para la reconstrucción histórico-descriptiva de los acontecimientos. Adicionalmente, se recurrió a otras fuentes como entrevistas en profundidad a actores clave o periódicos nacionales. Los trabajadores desocupados no constituyeron un movimiento de relevancia política en Entre Ríos en términos de organicidad y articulación de reclamos propios, con la excepción del MTD de Concepción del Uruguay. La otra organización presente fue la CCC, cuyo accionar se articuló en multisectoriales. El resto de las acciones de desocupados se constituyeron de manera coyuntural y sus reclamos se orientaron a la consecución de planes de empleo.The article proposes an approach to the action of unemployed workers in Entre Ríos during 2001 crisis. In this sense, it seeks to describe the dynamics of the action of the unemployed during the year, the analysis of their main forms of action and organization and to observe the way in which the unemployed established alliances and coordinated actions with other sectors. For this purpose, two newspaper sources are used (El Diario from Paraná and La Calle from Concepción del Uruguay) for the historical-descriptive reconstruction of the events, covering the year 2001 as a time cut. Additionally, in order to complement information, it resorted to other sources such as in-depth interviews with key actors or national newspapers. The unemployed workers did not constitute a movement of political relevance in Entre Ríos in terms of organicity and articultaion of their own claims, with the exception of the MTD of Concepción del Uruguay. The other organization that was present was the CCC, whose actions were articulated in multisectorials. The rest of the unemployed actions were constituted an a temporary basis and their claims were aimed at achieving employment plans.
