From the traces scattered in the correspondence and essays of Eunice Odio (1919-1974), one is given a glimpse into the bond between her and Claudia Lars (1899-1974). Both poets shared a close friendship, aesthetic criteria, mutual admiration, solidarity and an exchange of correspondence that until now remains inaccessible or lost beyond a fragment preserved in the correspondence that Odio addressed to Juan Liscano. Working from these traces, this essay reconstructs and illuminates a specific fragment of female religation networks in Latin America based on the figures, links and wandering trajectories of Odio and Lars. The objective of the proposal will be to investigate the ways in which they related, constructed and were constructed as public figures in a context of deliberate silencing of female cultural practices and ties.
