These characteristics have been grouped according to five dimensions of analysis, relating to student motivation, class preparation, class management, dealing with students and ways of evaluating. The obtained results from the systematization of the answers over two decades are shared in this paper with the aim of enabling reflection on the qualities that are related to good teaching practices.
