Comparación de los instrumentos de gestión de áreas protegidas en el ámbito nacional y en la provincia de La Pampa

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar los instrumentos de gestión de las áreas protegidas a escala nacional y provincial, seleccionando la provincia de La Pampa (Argentina). Para ello, se analizaron variables tales como la autoridad de aplicación, las categorías de manejo, el plan de gestión y el impacto ambiental y educación ambiental. Como resultado se estableció que se incrementó la cantidad y superficie de áreas protegidas, sin embargo, existen diferencias en la presencia y profundización de las herramientas de gestión vinculados a la preservación. Por otra parte, no existe una política integral de conservación entre las escalas, lo cual dificulta la implementación de medidas en conjunto.This work aims to analyze the management instruments of protected areas at the national and provincial scale, selecting, in this case, the province of La Pampa. Different variables were analyzed, such as the enforcement authority, the management categories, the management plan, the environmental impact, and environmental education. As a result, it established that the number and area of protected areas increased; however, there are differences in the presence and deepening of management tools linked to preservation. On the other hand, there needs to be a comprehensive conservation policy between the different scales, which makes it challenging to implement joint measures.
