The electoral triumph stabilised and consolidated Jorge Capitanich's leadership as governor. The administration of tensions and conflicts arising from the political aspirations of these leaders are resolved through agreements that affect the distribution of candidacies and posts and also allow them to grow politically. However, 2019 is a turning point where alliances break down and recruitment is affected. Recruitment loses the mediation of the party networks that had acted until then and tends towards depoliticisation, based on a policy of modernising public administration, with the subsequent exclusion of leaders and militants. The break-up of alliances, together with the discontent of these groups, contributed to the electoral defeat of 2023.
