Sexual and reproductive health (SSYR) in adolescents is an increasingly valuable strategic area for the development of the country. Within this framework, we investigate the ways in which men relate to health services from the perspective of professionals using the perspective of gender and masculinities. The objective was to analyze their discourses regarding adolescent masculinities, the SSYR and the functioning of the services. We were able to see that the male only participates during his childhood and then he is absent from the health system. The participation of the adolescent male in SSYR is restricted to the use of condoms. Finally, we highlight that, for the most part, the approach of men to the CAPS is usually in groups.
