The massification of higher education has taken broad relevance in the analysis performed from the sociology and economics of education over the past two decades. One cause is usually found on the completion of compulsory secondary education, enacted in Law No. 26.206 of 2006. Since that change in the rules of the education system, verified progress on equal opportunities for access to higher education. The most disadvantaged sectors were not equitable opportunities for access, mainly for not completing the secondary level. The objective of this work is to study whether equal opportunities in access are consistent with a system of higher education more inclusive and equal opportunities throughout the academic training. To perform the study, a test for response to various cohorts of the National University of the South will be held. Finally, we will analyze whether policy strategies implemented in the institutions of higher education lead to a more inclusive system.
