In this article we will resume the benjaminian works “On language as such and on the language of man” (2001) and “The task of the translator” (2001), to analyse theoretically and methodologically the in depth interview situation, in particular to exCCD’s neighbors of the last dictatorship. This interviews were made within our doctoral thesis (Greco, 2015), but in this article we will detain in one of those interviews, were what is said specifically conjugates with the non said –silences, sudden discursive interruptions, over-understanding–, such as, in benjaminians terms, it conjugates with that can not be say and with that, potentially able to be spoken, did not say. This analysis of one interview about radicals aspects of the recent past will consider the translate and interpretation’s possibilities of those words, and, therefore, on the critic’s conditions on the work about this issues. Our hypothesis is that, in this testimony of exCCD’s neighbors, what is said does not resolve in the said but in the ways of saying, or in other terms, that the said and the say settles in the tones and modulation by means of the discourse is articulated.
