The work seeks to delve into the contradiction that lies Frantz Fanon about wanting to overcome mental colonization from the assertion of cultural identity. Assuming the racialization of culture was the result of white settlers, want to fight for recognition in terms of “race” or “identity” will not do anything to drive it to a dead end, he argues. In other words, the struggle for recognition of the identity of those peoples conquered by the Europeans, only makes sense if sameness transcends itself and is part of the political plane of a new humanism, in seeking the release of those convicted worldwide.
