In this paper I present a historical overview of women's activism from the thirties and the fifties with the purpose of focusing in their processes of (dis) articulation / (dis) identification. From a post-structuralist discourse analysis perspective, I try to track such processes enabled by certain ways of doing politics, trying to recognize the ways that historically became fixed and desplaced in the main signifiers of identity among women activists. Specifically, this paper focuses on feminist activism and the continuities and ruptures that occurred from articulatory practices with the various political parties. Thus, we note how feminists, conditioned by their historical links with the Socialist Party, were paradoxically disarticulated compared to the massive mobilization of women and the incorporation of their claims at the new Partido Peronista Femenino. In other words, we note how, in this period, they were subsumed under the hegemonic logic of the evitización of feminine politics.
