Since 2004, the "New Neighborhoods-My House, My Life" program has meant the relocation of more than 9,000 poor families in "neighborhood cities" located on the outskirts of the city of Córdoba. This article analyzes a process of (re)nomination implemented by the current government management to "detach" from the inheritance received in terms of social habitat. It is argued that this initiative - operated under the fantasy of "urban inclusion" - reveals regulation devices and mechanisms of social supportability that operate on the processes of subjectivation and practices of bodies whose experience with the city continues to reproduce the grammar of the border.
