Educación indigena en Misiones

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda las políticas públicas relativas a la educación Intercultural Bilingüe en la provincia de Misiones. Tomando como eje los desarrollos de los últimos cinco años, se consideran los antecedentes legislativos y empíricos de esta propuesta. Por otro lado se establecen relaciones entre los intereses de los sujetos involucrados y el desarrollo y transformación de las políticas. A su vez, se expresan tensiones entre los intereses de distintos sujetos involucrados. Por último el trabajo se propone dar cuenta de la tensión entre el status de diferentes lenguas en pugna la hora de considerar las propuestas que se incorporan efectivamente dentro de los programas educativos.This paper make focus on public policy about bilingual and intercultural education in the province of Misiones (Argentina). Centering on the developments of the last five years, considering legal and empirical background of this proposal. Furthermore, the author established relations between the interests of the people involved and the development and transformation of policies. In turn, the paper expressed tensions between the interests of different ones involved in this issue. Finally, the paper intends to explain the tension between the status of different languages, considering the proposals to be effectively incorporated into educational programs.
