Del Estado postneoliberal al Estado neoliberal híbrido pragmático en Argentina en perspectiva histórica: Definiciones y herramientas para analizar el Estado en América Latina

Abstract

Este trabajo apunta a contribuir teóricamente con el debate acerca del Estado en América Latina en sus recientes reconfiguraciones. Las últimas décadas han afectado profundamente el aparato estatal, sus instituciones y funciones. A partir de diversos trabajos de investigación realizados sobre diversas políticas públicas en el caso argentino y teniendo en cuenta una cantidad importante de referencias bibliográficas sobre el tema, nos proponemos caracterizar al Estado en las últimas décadas. Con este fin tendremos presentes los cambios suscitados en sus modos de intervención en distintos tipos de políticas públicas.This work aims to contribute theoretically to the debate about the State in Latin America in its recent reconfigurations. The last decades have deeply affected the state apparatus, its institutions and functions. Based on several research works carried out on differents public policies in the Argentine case and taking into account a significant amount of bibliographical references on the subject, we propose to characterize the State in recent decades. To do this, we will bear in mind the changes in their modes of intervention in different types of public policies.
